  * Unit sizes are Approximate and used only to identify a unit "type". The actual lengths and widths of each unit may be less.       
Things you Need to Know:
  1. You must have a debit card or Visa card to rent space from us because we automatically process your rent payment on the 1st of every month.
  2. We may pro-rate the first months rent depending on the date you move in.
  3. We do not require a security deposit, but we do charge a $20 Set-up fee per customer. If you rent an indoor space - we will give you a Free stainless steel, keyed lock for you to use and keep.
  4. You will need a valid drivers license to rent from us.
  5. We are limited to storing: Watercraft, Vehicles, Campers, RVs and Trailers in our outdoor lot.
